Legal / 18+, consent and content rules
Adults only.
Consent, always.
What is and isn’t allowed on NAWTY, for creators and members.
The short version
Everyone on NAWTY is an adult. Nothing explicit is shown here. Only post yourself, only link to accounts that are yours, and treat people the way you would want to be treated. These rules apply to creator pages, Explore, NAWTY Dating and anything you send us. They sit alongside our terms of use and dating terms.
1. Adults only
You must be 18 or over to use NAWTY, and so must everyone who appears in anything you upload or link to. If we have reason to think someone is under 18, we suspend the account while we check.
2. Nothing involving anyone under 18
Zero tolerance. Any sexualised content, contact or suggestion involving a child ends the account immediately and permanently, is preserved as evidence, and is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and the police. There is no appeal for this.
3. No explicit content on NAWTY
- No nudity or sexual imagery in photos, banners, profile text or link titles. Explicit content belongs on the creator’s own adult platform, behind that platform’s own checks.
- Every profile photo is reviewed by a person before anyone else can see it. Photos that are rejected are never shown.
- Before anyone leaves NAWTY for an adult site, they see an 18+ notice and choose to continue.
4. Consent
- Upload images of yourself only. Anyone else may appear only if you hold their documented consent and can show it to us on request.
- Never share or threaten to share intimate images of someone without their consent. This is intimate image abuse and is a crime in the UK.
- No deepfakes, face-swaps or AI-generated images of real people, and no images that pretend to be someone else.
5. Creator links
- Link only to your own official accounts. Don’t link to someone else’s page, a leaked copy of anyone’s content, or a site that sells it without permission.
- Links must go where they say they go. No redirect chains, cloakers or look-alike domains.
6. Things that are never allowed
- escorting, selling or soliciting sex, or arranging paid meetings;
- human trafficking or anything that facilitates exploitation;
- hate based on race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexuality, disability or any other protected characteristic;
- harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing or blackmail;
- scams, fake giveaways, phishing, impersonation or asking for money under false pretences;
- spam, bulk messaging, bots or fake accounts;
- anything illegal in the UK.
7. NAWTY Dating conduct
- No means no. Stop messaging someone who says no, doesn’t reply, or unmatches you.
- Never send explicit images or messages unless the other person has clearly asked for them. Sending an unsolicited sexual image is a crime in England and Wales.
- Be honest about who you are and about your relationship structure. Partners should know you’re here where that’s your agreement.
- Meet safely: somewhere public the first time, tell a friend where you’ll be, and get yourself there and back.
8. What happens if rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content or link, hide a page, restrict features, suspend the account, or ban the person permanently. Paid products end with the account; see our refund policy. Where a law may have been broken or someone is at risk, we report it to the relevant authorities and keep the records they need. Where we act against you, you can see the decision and appeal it, except for the child safety cases in section 2.
9. How to report
Use the report form, or in the app choose Report on a profile or conversation. You can also email sveventuresltd@gmail.com. Reports are read by people. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 first. To have your own work or image removed, see copyright and takedown.
