Legal / Privacy policy
Your data,
handled properly.
What we collect, why, and how to take it back.
Who is responsible
SV Ventures Ltd (company no. 17008870, Flat 35 Kirk House, 97 High Street, Yiewsley, West Drayton, UB7 7GJ, United Kingdom) is the controller of your personal data for the NAWTY website, creator profiles and launch list. Contact: sveventuresltd@gmail.com. The NAWTY Dating app has its own privacy notice.
What we collect and why
| What | Why | Legal basis (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Launch list: email, which list you joined (fan updates or NAWTY Dating), any handle given on the earlier creator list, 18+ confirmation, time joined | To send NAWTY Dating early-access invitations or NAWTY updates for fans | Consent, which you can withdraw with one click |
| Account: email and password (held by our sign-in provider; we never see the password) | Create and secure your account, send sign-in and recovery codes | Contract |
| Adult-access result: pass or fail, provider reference, expiry | Confirm you are 18 or over before discovery opens; we never store your ID documents | Legal obligation; contract |
| Creator profile: display name, username, bio, categories, country, platform links, promotional images, verification status | Build, review and publish your profile | Contract |
| Follows and saved profiles | Your collection on NAWTY | Contract |
| Reports, appeals and moderation decisions | Keep people safe and handle disputes fairly | Legitimate interests; legal obligation |
| Purchase records for paid creator tools | Deliver what you bought, handle refunds, keep accounts | Contract; legal obligation |
| Page views on the public site: the page address and a code that changes every day, made from your connection details but not reversible | Count visits to public pages so we can see what is working | Legitimate interests |
| Technical logs: IP address, request times, browser type | Security, abuse prevention, keeping the service up | Legitimate interests |
We do not collect your precise location, contacts or advertising identifiers. We do not sell your data, share it with data brokers, or use it to build advertising audiences. Outbound clicks to a creator’s platform are counted in aggregate for the creator; we do not know what you do on that platform.
NAWTY Pages accounts store: your email, handle, display name, bio, categories, date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or over; never shown), links, an optional photo, total page view and link click counts (with no visitor identifiers), follows, and purchase records, which we keep for 6 years for tax.
Who can see what
- The public sees approved creator profiles only. Fan accounts, follows and saved lists are private to you.
- Creators see aggregate numbers (views, clicks) for their own profile, never who you are.
- Our staff see what they need to review profiles, reports and appeals. Staff access needs two-factor authentication and is logged.
- Service providers under contract: Supabase (database and sign-in, London), Vercel (hosting and delivery), our email-delivery provider, our age-assurance provider (verification only), and our payment provider (payments only), and PostHog (EU-hosted visit counts for public pages only; it never receives your IP address, browser details or anything from your account). Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
- Authorities where the law requires it or to protect someone from serious harm.
How long we keep it
- Launch list: until you leave it, and never more than 12 months after you joined.
- Account and profile: until you delete them. Deletion of your editable profile is immediate.
- Adult-access results: for the validity period set by the policy in force, then removed.
- Reports, evidence and moderation decisions: 12 months after the case closes, or longer if a case is open or the law requires it, so that repeat abuse can be prevented.
- Purchase and tax records: 6 years, as UK law requires.
- Technical logs: 30 days.
- Encrypted backups: roll over within 30 days.
Your rights
You can export your data or delete your account from Account → Privacy and data. You can also ask us to correct, restrict or explain how we use your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing sveventuresltd@gmail.com. We answer within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
The launch list
Joining the launch list is optional and only for adults. We keep your email, which list you joined (fan updates or NAWTY Dating), your 18+ confirmation and the time you joined, plus any handle you gave if you joined the earlier creator list. We use it only to send NAWTY Dating early-access invitations and NAWTY updates for fans. Creators no longer need the list: NAWTY Pages are open at /studio. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at /waitlist/leave at any time. We never sell or rent the list.
Cookies
We use one strictly necessary security cookie. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Details are in the cookie policy.
Children
NAWTY is only for adults. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account or is on the launch list, we remove them.
Changes
We will tell you before any material change takes effect. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
