Legal / Refunds and cancellations
Refunds,
without a fight.
What you can get back, how, and how quickly.
The short version
Changed your mind about a founding pass? Ask within 14 days and you get all your money back, no questions. Pro can be cancelled at any time. If a Boost could not run because of us, you get it back. Refunds go back the way you paid.
What you can buy, and what happens if you want out
| Product | Price | Refund |
|---|---|---|
| Founding Creator | £29 once | Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase. After that, no refund except where the law requires one, or if we close creator pages (see below). |
| NAWTY Pro | £9.99 a month | Cancel any time; you keep Pro to the end of the month you have paid for. No partial-month refunds. Your first month is refundable in full within 14 days. |
| Boost | £19 for 7 days | Full refund if the placement could not run for a reason that was not your fault. Pro-rata refund if we interrupt it. |
| Founding Member | £19 once | Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase. After that, no refund except where the law requires one. |
If we close creator pages
Founding Creator includes 12 months of NAWTY Pro. If we stop offering creator pages within those 12 months, we refund the unused part of your £29 pro-rata, worked out by whole months remaining. Your Founding badge and Explore row end with the pages; there is nothing else to claim.
When a Boost cannot run
A Boost starts when your page is live and approved. If it cannot start, for example because your page was not approved or was suspended for a reason that was not your fault, we refund the full £19. If we pause or remove the placement part-way through for our own reasons, we refund the days you did not get. If your page is removed because it broke our content rules, the Boost ends and is not refunded.
Your legal right to cancel
UK consumer law usually gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital services that start straight away, that right ends once the service begins, but only if you asked for it to start immediately and accepted that you would lose the right to cancel. At checkout we ask you to agree to immediate delivery for exactly that reason.
We still offer the voluntary 14-day refund in the table above. It is on top of, not instead of, your statutory rights. If something you bought is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 whenever you bought it.
How your money comes back
- Card payments are taken by SV Ventures Ltd and processed securely by Stripe. The charge appears on your statement as NAWTY. Card refunds go back to the same card; your bank may take 5–10 working days to show them.
- Bank transfers are paid to SV Ventures Ltd. We refund to the account the payment came from within 5 working days of agreeing the refund.
When a refund is made, the product it paid for ends at the same time.
How to ask
Email sveventuresltd@gmail.com with the subject “Refund”. Include your order reference (in your receipt, or the payment reference you used for a bank transfer) and the email address on your account. You don’t need to give a reason. We reply within two working days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always sort it out faster, and a chargeback can close the account the payment was made from while it is investigated. Your right to dispute a payment with your bank is not affected.
