without the small print.
The agreement behind the NAWTY Dating app.
- Agreement. These terms are between you and SV Ventures Ltd (company no. 17008870, Flat 35 Kirk House, 97 High Street, Yiewsley, West Drayton, UB7 7GJ, United Kingdom). By creating a NAWTY Dating account you accept them. NAWTY Dating is separate from NAWTY creator discovery; joining one does not sign you up for the other.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or over, legally able to use a dating service where you live, and not previously removed from NAWTY. One account per person. We may ask you to confirm your age with an approved provider.
- Early access. During early access every feature is free. When paid plans launch, the price, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay, and purchases will be handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Safety, privacy, reporting, blocking and account deletion will always be free.
- Your content. You own what you post. You give us a licence to store, review and show it to other members only to run the service. Photos must be of you, must not be explicit, and must not include anyone else without their permission. Every photo is reviewed by a person before other members can see it.
- Community rules. Be honest and respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, explicit images, solicitation or commercial sex, spam, scams, impersonation, or sharing another member’s content or information outside NAWTY. Consent comes first, online and offline.
- Safety. We review reports. We may remove content, restrict dating features or close accounts that break these terms. You can see decisions about your account and appeal them in the app. Always meet in a public place the first time and tell someone where you are. We do not run criminal background checks.
- Ending. You can delete your dating data or your whole account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law, or to protect members.
- Liability. We provide NAWTY Dating with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for how other members behave, online or in person. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
- Changes. We will tell you in the app before any material change takes effect and ask you to accept the new version.
- Law and contact. The laws of England and Wales apply. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring claims in your local courts. Contact sveventuresltd@gmail.com.
