What you agree to when you use NAWTY.

1. Who we are

NAWTY is operated by SV Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17008870, with its registered office at Flat 35 Kirk House, 97 High Street, Yiewsley, West Drayton, UB7 7GJ, United Kingdom. In these terms “NAWTY”, “we” and “us” mean SV Ventures Ltd.

These terms cover the NAWTY website, creator profiles and the launch list. The NAWTY Dating app has its own dating terms and privacy notice.

2. Who can use NAWTY

You must be 18 or over. Before creator discovery opens in your country you will also need to pass an adult-access check with an approved provider; a tick-box or a signed-in account is never enough on its own. You must be legally able to view adult-themed material where you live, and you must not have been removed from NAWTY before.

3. What NAWTY is, and isn’t

  • NAWTY helps adults discover creators and reach those creators’ official platforms. We do not host explicit content and we do not sell creator content.
  • Subscriptions, tips and purchases happen on the creator’s own platform under that platform’s terms. NAWTY is not a party to those transactions and takes no share of them.
  • Following a creator on NAWTY does not follow them anywhere else. Leaving NAWTY for an external site is your choice; that site’s rules apply there.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us otherwise.

5. Creator profiles

  1. A profile goes live only after separate checks: adult eligibility, identity, ownership of each linked platform, and a content review. Passing one check never counts as passing another.
  2. You confirm that everything on your profile is yours or that you have permission to use it, that every linked platform is yours, and that nothing you upload is explicit, illegal, or shows anyone who has not agreed to appear.
  3. You give us a licence to store, review, display and promote your approved profile on NAWTY and in NAWTY’s own marketing for as long as it is published. You can remove your profile at any time and the licence ends with it, except where we must keep a record for safety or legal reasons.
  4. Verification, review outcomes and any badge describe only what we have actually checked. We do not vouch for anyone.

6. Paid products

NAWTY itself is free. We sell four optional products of our own. Nothing you buy from a creator on their platform involves us.

  • Founding Creator (first 100 creators, one-off): 12 months of NAWTY Pro, a Founding badge on your page and a place in the founding creators row on Explore.
  • NAWTY Pro (monthly, cancel any time): extra creator page tools, including unlimited links and click analytics.
  • Boost (one-off, 7 days): a spot at the top of Explore, always labelled “Sponsored”.
  • Founding Member (one-off): NAWTY Plus on NAWTY Dating for life and a Founding Member badge.

Prices are shown at checkout in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. You buy from SV Ventures Ltd; card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. Where offered, you can instead pay by UK bank transfer to SV Ventures Ltd. A product is delivered immediately once your payment is confirmed. Refunds, cancellation and your right to cancel are explained in our refund policy. Safety features, identity checks, reporting and removing your page are never behind a paywall.

7. Creator pages

  • You are responsible for every link on your page: it must be yours, work, and go where it says it goes.
  • Pages and photos are reviewed by a person before they are public, and may be reviewed again at any time.
  • We may hide or remove a page, or a single link or photo, that breaks our content rules.
  • Outbound links go to third-party sites we don’t run or control. Visitors see an 18+ notice before leaving for an adult site, and that site’s own terms apply once they arrive.

8. Community rules

The full rules are in our 18+, consent and content rules. In short, you must not:

  • harass, threaten, stalk or exploit anyone, or post hateful content;
  • upload explicit material, material involving anyone under 18, or anyone who has not consented to appear;
  • impersonate a person, creator or platform, or claim links you do not own;
  • scrape, copy or re-publish other people’s profiles or images;
  • use NAWTY to sell or solicit sexual services;
  • send spam, run scams, or try to get around age, review or safety checks;
  • interfere with the service, its security or other people’s accounts.

9. Reports, decisions and appeals

Anyone can report a profile or a concern. Reports are read by people. We may remove content, hold a profile, restrict features or close an account where these terms or the law are broken, or to protect someone. Where we take action against you, you can see the decision and appeal it from your account.

10. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect other people. Some records are kept after closure for safety and legal reasons, as described in our privacy policy.

11. Our responsibility to you

We provide NAWTY with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for external platforms, for what creators or other members do, or for loss that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use NAWTY after that date means you accept the new version. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring a claim in your local courts; if you live in the EU you keep the protections of your local consumer law. Contact us at sveventuresltd@gmail.com or by post at our registered office.
